About the product
Jöey makes gluten-free seed crackers inspired by Swedish crispbread. You can eat them on their own or serve them with cheese, dips and spreads. Founder Joseph Chen began selling the crackers at farmers’ markets in Prince Edward County before the brand expanded into retail.
