Season 18 is short and unusually revealing: four pitches, four deals, and two of them repriced in the room. Puresweet opened at £75,000 for 5% and closed at 10%. Beach Powder opened at £60,000 for 10% and closed at 49%.

Two founders held their line instead. Whisky Me took £75,000 for 15%, roughly a £500,000 business, and Rockstar Spirits parted with just 8% for the season's smallest cash ask of £25,000. Put the four together and the equity conceded runs from 8% to 49% on cash asks that never leave the £25,000 to £75,000 band.
