James and Sally-Anne Coneron pitched a garden tool that grabs and collects leaves and cuttings without endless bending, in series 20.

The tool is still sold today, and it has ended up in more places than just its own online shop.

A Simple Idea, A Clean Deal

The Conerons asked for £50,000 for a quarter of the business. Simple, low-tech products like this tend to do well on the show, since the panel can see exactly how it is made and who would buy it.

Sara Davies made the investment for the full amount, clearly taken with the tool during the pitch itself. A single-dragon deal at the full asking price usually means the pitch landed cleanly without much back and forth.

Bigger Than a Single Storefront

Buyers can find it direct from the makers, through outside garden centres, or listed on Amazon and Etsy, occasionally under the manufacturer's own Bosmere branding rather than the Clear'n'Collect name.

It has crossed the Atlantic too, showing up through American garden suppliers and on Walmart's marketplace on top of its UK stockists, a product that has clearly translated well outside its home market.

Why the Simple Tools Last

A tool built around one clear task tends to outlast trend-driven products, because the underlying job, clearing leaves every autumn, never really goes out of fashion.

Being stocked across several different retail channels rather than relying on one website is a stronger signal of ongoing demand, since it means multiple independent shops have separately decided the tool is worth reordering.

Note: Based on the public record; company situations can change, so treat this as a snapshot.
