The pitch

What walked into the Den

Mike and Cindy Scheuerman, alongside Brittnee Blair, brought CLOG BOSS, a reusable drain-clearing tool, to season 11, episode 5.

The Calgary team asked for $200,000 in return for 20 percent, a $1 million valuation for the product.

What happened next

No Dragon invested, and CLOG BOSS left the Den without a backer.

The product is very much for sale. The branded site was live in July 2026 with an FAQ, gallery and reviews, and it listed real plumbing distributors such as Andrew Sheret, EMCO, Bartle & Gibson and Wolseley alongside an Amazon buy button.

Our read

The Hub verdict

A $1 million valuation, $200,000 for 20 percent, is a fair ask for a single household tool, and the distribution behind it is what stands out today.

But the brand is clearly still selling: its site lists real plumbing distributors, Andrew Sheret, EMCO, Bartle & Gibson, Wolseley, alongside an Amazon buy button, which is a more convincing sign of a live product than a lone storefront would be.

Worth knowing: Sales run through retail partners and Amazon rather than an on-site checkout.
