Our read

The Hub verdict

The ask was clean, $150,000 for a twelfth of the company at a valuation around a million and a quarter, and Arlene Dickinson closed it close to that mark. She opened at 18 percent, came down to 15, and Vladislav Priadko shook on it, a short negotiation by Den standards and usually a sign both sides cared more about the partnership than three points of equity. A roaming cafe is a franchise story or nothing, and Dickinson has built brands that live on repeat foot traffic. The business runs on, crowdfunding an expansion and picking up an industry award mention in 2026.
