Deal terms
Asked $40,000 for 10%. Restructured on air into a royalty/endorsement deal: Canadian Mortgage Professional (https://www.mpamag.com/ca/news/general/brokers-win-dragons-endorsement/278653) reports "Their offer of 12 per cent share (split among them at 3 per cent each) will provide Cochran and Seabrook with the high-profile endorsement they were looking for" and "The deal is currently being restructured, and the $40,000 is off the table." 12% at 3% each implies four dragons; that article names only Treliving, Croxon and Dickenson, so the fourth (reported elsewhere as David Chilton) is unconfirmed by a source I opened.
