Season 12 carries the file's sharpest walkaway. Of five pitches, Pure Pet Food is the one that left without investment, and not for want of an offer: the room came back with the £40,000 for 30% the founders had asked for, and they turned it down.

It is a small-money year otherwise. Nothing here reached beyond a £75,000 ask, and the implied valuations stay grounded, running from Victor's Drinks near £160,000 up to Flavourly at about £375,000. i Glove is the equity outlier, offering two-fifths of the company for the same £75,000 that bought Flavourly a fifth.
