Kempton is quoting a Vancouver Sun piece on Dean Lane; the same excerpt has Lane saying "When [Treliving] told me he had restaurants all across the U.S. and Canada, that made me think because that could be a good fit." Kempton's own S2E4 review adds "I am sure Jim will be able to guide Dean to the right direction".
