Our read

The Hub verdict

A device that shields a baby's pram from air pollution is an easy product to root for, and Brizi's founders backed it with a £125,000 ask for 25 percent, a half-million-pound valuation. Yosi Romano and Ziv Leinwand got the terms they came for: Touker Suleyman took a quarter of the business for the sum requested, with no revision to either side of the deal.

A single Dragon holding 25 percent is a cleaner cap table than the multi-investor splits we see elsewhere in this batch, which can matter to a young company. Suleyman's strength is getting physical products made and placed, which is the practical half of turning a clever pram attachment into something parents can actually buy.

A clean quarter-stake deal at the asking price.
